Eat Real and Move Naturally!

Why are there so many sick people, living in pain in our society? My guess is, because most people are eating nutrient poor food and not moving enough. Our bodies are designing to live in nature and to eat the foods from nature. We have become disconnected from our natural ways due to civilization and domestication. If you would like to restore the glory of the human species you are going to have to start acting like a human. Humans have been around for over 200,000 years in our current form(homo-sapian) and have lived as wild humans for approx. 190,000 years. Over the last 10,000 years, humans have become more and more domesticated and as a result less resilient in our natural habitat. Living indoors, sitting, and consuming un-natural products has taken it’s toll. We are now in a state of degeneration which is resulting in a decline in overall health and vitality. In order to change the demise of our species, it is imperative that we begin to re-wild ourselves. The first thing we can do, is start consuming natural foods that come from nature. Take some time and find out how and where the food you are eating is produced and choose quality over price. Look for local. Look for organic. Look for animal foods that have been raised on natural diets in humane ways. Eat and drink as closely to the source as possible. Drink spring water from the source when available and if not choose a purified water and add a pinch of sea salt to remineralize the water making it closer to natural water. Drink from glass as water is a dissolvent and will pull the chemicals from the plastic containers resulting in disruptions in hormone balance. Eat out less. Avoid processed and packaged food as well as foods containing artificial ingredients. Your body is made from the foods you consume, the thoughts you hold, and the environment and lifestyle in which you live. The other big component of health is movement. We need to move. Just get off your butt’s and go outside. Walk, run, climb, dance, play, just move your body. Our bodies need to circulate energy, blood/lymph, and other bodily fluids. Moving will help release toxins, improve digestion, increase circulation, and improve organ function. You have the choice, choose wisely! Pay now or pay later. Robust health!! or Premature death with nasty side effects: pain, disease, surgery, medications, obesity, hormone problems, skin problems, and the list goes on.
