First Ingredients :
5 cups of walnuts ( soaked for 2 hours )
1 cup of dried cranberries
1/2 cup of organic dried coconut
Put all above ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Second Ingredients:
4 or 5 ripe bananas
1/4 cup of honey ( local)
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
A pinch of pink salt
Put all above ingredients in a blender until smooth.
Mix the blended mixture into the dry mixture in the bowl.
Then pour that out onto a teflex dehydrator sheet.
Dehydrate anywhere from 18- to 24 hours.
After it is done you can drizzle it with raw chocolate or carob. ( optional)
Break brittle into pieces and serve, and enjoy, and ….
