Anybody got a sweet tooth out there? Anybody got a sweet tooth, however, cares only to indulge in natural ingredients ? Well, alrighty then! Are you ready? Because this mouth watering recipe is sure to exceed your expectations. This recipe is compared to a fudgalious experience, so a little goes a long way.
Butterscotch Blondies
Ingredients:
2 cups of pitted Medjool dates
1 cup of soaked almonds
1/2 cup of walnuts
3/4 cup of pecans
2 Tb. of virgin coconut oil
1Tb. of vanilla
Directions : Pulse all nuts in a food processor until fine, then add all other ingredients and blend until it has a sticky texture. Take a 8×8 pan, and press that mixture evenly in the pan. Place in fridge to get it cooled while you are making the icing.
Icing ingredients :
7 heaping Tb. of Coconut Butter
7 Tb. of raw organic honey
1 tsp. of natural butterscotch flavor
1tsp. of vanilla
Directions: Blend all these ingredients together, and spread it over the blondies evenly. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Serve cold.
Tip: I always put on my favorite music when i am making a recipe. When my heart is dancing and singing happy, it makes the food taste better.
