Hello Everyone,

My name is Jared Repass. I am co-blogging with Jules on the Jules Organic Living blog site. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist , wellness enthusiast, nature lover, and athlete. I have worked in the massage field for over 8 years and have helped countless individuals overcome pain related issues while guiding them back to full health. I enjoy the outdoors and support sustainability. Being a distant relative of the dolphin, I compete in U.S. Masters Swimming and I also enjoy running barefoot. I believe firmly in the body’s ability to heal itself, when given the proper facilitation. I am working on creating a healing system that I call “My Body Reboot” which will provide a model to follow addressing the attainment of total wellness and how to keep it. Until then, I recommend eating “real” food, staying physically active, managing stress, staying hydrated, getting massage, and smiling and laughing often. “ Be good to your body and your body will be good to you”! Learn more about the benefits of massage by visiting my website: http://mybodyreboot.com. Thank You!

    Hey Jules,

I like the blog very much. Your photo is beautiful (as are you)! You have a grammatical error however in the fifth sentence…it should be hope (singular) as opposed to hopes (plural). Sorry, I am anal! Outside that it looks and sounds great! Keep up the good work. I love you.

Go green concept for hair color is great. Would love you to speak about ingredients in ammonia free hair color that are used as substitutes. Do you still need to add peroxide? Is the lasting power of these products as effective? You see, I’ve got lots to learn, but learn like a sponge.
Thanks, for the info and also for Liking my blog.

Thank you Lois. And yes, we still use a peroxide lotion. Peroxide when mixed with Ammonia is what you have to worry about. So if there is no ammonia, there is no danger. Peroxide is Water (H2O) + Oxygen (O) = H2O2. A low grade peroxide is so gentle we can rinse our mouths with it. There are much higher levels of peroxide that require more knowledge before attempting to use it. I will be writing an article soon on Ammonia free color and peroxide. :)

Awesome! There are so many toxins that are dangerous to our health in beauty products these days – it is great that someone in the beauty industry has recognized this and specialized in organic!! And btw, thanks for the like! :)
